So far, I'm unimpressed. I had a 10:30 service appt for an airbag recall. I had to wait 15 min just to check in with a tech. There were 3 others available, checking in people that came in after me, but they couldn't help me. It's been 5 hrs now, I haven't heard back yet. We have a Honda with the same airbag recall and waikem had us out of there in 2 hrs. Exactly what they said it would be. Way too many cars and confusion at progressive.I overheard other unhappy customers. We'll see
