I have rented cars from many companies but I have never received the 5 star service like I did at this location. The whole team is wonderful! Very professional and accommodating . I will never rent anywhere else ! Thanks for all your help while I was going through a frustrating time!
Nice place overall with friendly service. There was a little wait for available vehicle to rent but nothing to ruin my day over.
I honestly have yet to meet a staff like this..... they bend over backwards to please the customers which I love to exploit honestly speaking.....but they have more then satisfied my needs on the rental ten fold, if u rent a car in the area better be from this location!!! Cars are on point, but they are cars and this is their profession so they should be!!!
I rent cars almost every month to travel. Before the Enterprise moved to the Lincoln Way location I was dealing with a rude individual almost every time I went to get one. NOT THE CASE ANYMORE!!!!!! I cannot express how wonderful these employees make you feel here at the newer location! They are sweet, genuine, and want to see you drive away with a smile! When I walked in to get a car after someone hit me on the highway I was frustrated and a tad sad.. The gentleman who helped me INSTANTLY built report by connecting with my job, making me laugh and forgetting about the entire reason I was there in the first place not to mention put me in a beautiful Jeep while my car was repaired and all of in within 10 minutes of walking so fast fast fast. I can not gush enough about this location, all I can say is definitely go here if you need a car — You’ll walk away with one, and with new family members! :)
