I have seen their work on cars, which comes out nicely, but they for sure need to work on the customer service with the man i talked to. I won't be returning to the company just because of him.
My Dodge Avenger has been there since June 29. I was told it'd be done July 8. July 8 came, and I called an hour before they closed to see if it was done. The man i talked to was rude and didn't seem to care and told me that it'd be done July 10. Today is July 10, and I called to see if it would be done. The man on the phone (same guy as two days ago) was once again rude and careless. I told him I'd be at work till 4:45 and i could get my car on Monday and give back the rental the same day since they're closed on weekends unless i could get one of my parents to pick it up even though they both are working too. The guy got pissy for me saying that even though my insurance (who is paying them) is under my parents names.
Joe and his staff are excellent! Your car will look like nothing ever happened. If you want it done right - go here!
The worst customer service I've delt with in a long time. They seemed pissed off to give me an estimate, seeming like it was a waste of their time
Have done 2 repairs to our cars both high end vehicles.Test of time work has held up looks factory can't not tell they have been fixed.
