I can usually find what im looking for at a better price than most places. Good quality.
My husband and I needed help with getting a large deep freezer and we first good help from an older gentlemen that was very friendly and seem happy to help and he found someone right away and this gentleman was just as happy to help us!!
Terrible customer service. No one seems to want to help. The woman in customer service continued to transfer me to departments where either no one would pick up or someone would pick up and say “well, I’m also too busy to help right now.” Even after I nicely asked the woman in customer service if she could just help me look to see if an item was available there since everyone else was not helping and she transferred me again to a department where no one picked up. Once again, TERRIBLE customer service.
Purchased a one touch glucomiter last night. Found out it was wrong one to go with my tests strips. Walmart refused to refund my money because it was to do with blood test. I didn't use the tester. There was no signs on the shelf or on my receipt. I am very disappointed with this policy as i only had this purchase over night. Again I didn't use the product and there were no SIGNS posted that I couldn't get a refund on my purchase. I feel I should have gotten a refund.
My favorite store and I can get almost all I need or done there. Big good, good prices , wish they had someway to help reach items on their top shelves. No one to ask for help once grocery shopping and no devices to use to help get items down. Can b hard for handicapped or short people to b able to buy top shelf items. Ive had to get strangers to get things down so I can but them.
