I was looking for sugar free cookies for my mom. I am from another county, and I don't know the store, so I asked three store Assistants and not one of them knew if the store carried them.
I shop at Marc's over Wal-Mart whenever possible (especially since they now accept credit cards).
Way way way better than Giant Eagle!!!
Just today, I left my bag of groceries on the counter and walked out by accident. I returned a few minutes later after realizing the error and found out another customer had left with my bag by mistake. I was more than willing to pay for my items again since it was my fault, but the manager on duty allowed me to go through and replace everything I had lost for free. It was less than ten dollars worth of merchandise, but it said a lot to me about their commitment to customer service. Thank you Marc's!
Staff is super friendly and very personable. Only downside is there are always long lines.
Awesome grocery. Priced as fair as any.
I go early because I love that I can zip through quickly when it's not crowded yet. I also get a good parking space as I am slightly handicapped. If I have questions, the staff person closest to where I am has always been kind and helpful. They ask if I need help out which thankfully I don't. They were especially helpful this morning when a person before me had created a problem. I always do my big, weekly list at Marc's.
