I felt very uncomfortable there because they push their "warranty" on the littlest things (a $40 charm) they want you to spend another $13 on a 3 year warranty. I say that they should do that anyway! I don't know, call me cheap I guess.
I took my mother's very old engagement ring in to be repaired, it was missing a diamond and had prongs broken and was very dirty. The man I worked with didn't smile once and the ring was back 3 days late (not his fault), the repair place was backed up or something. I can't be too upset because the ring came back more beautiful than I have every seen it. I think the sweet girl I talked to was named April. I told her that getting my mother's ring repaired was her birthday and mother's day present, she hasn't been able to wear her ring in many many years. I also told her that my father was going to propose all over again, mainly because I'm a hopeless romantic and I love their love. The man asked if I wanted the ring in a bag or something, April quickly told him to put it in a box because my dad was reproposing. I had went in the day it was supposed to be back and I was huffy and short once I found out it wasn't in. I did apologize to her for that and explained I was just disappointed, she never once was rude, mean or short with me, even after I was a brat. She did what she could to get the ring to me quickly and did what she could to help me make the day special for my mother. If I ever end up buying more jewelry than I already have, I will definitely make sure to work with her. She understands the importance behind an engagement ring and is just so sweet. I really hope her name was April because she deserves credit for how kind and patient she was with me. My mother cannot stop staring at her finger, one that was bare of the ring for 15 years. It sucked having to wait a few extra days past the promise date for the ring to come back, but it was worth it. The ring sparkles like new, the missing diamond is replaced and the prongs are fixed (rather grumpy fellow at least was very detailed about checking the ring. My only complaint about him is that I wish he would have smiled more and looked like he enjoyed his job even if he didn't).
Very friendly
The representative was helpful but they didn't have enough staff and to assist the high volume of customer traffic for a Friday evening during holiday shopping season.
