The PO needs to go out of business! Service is a joke, they never answer the phone! Miss delivery and you need to hold for 1-2 hours!
Mail is sometimes “undeliverable” without any explanation as to why. The post office phone number might as well not exist because no one will ever answer it. The actual delivery people are friendly, professional, and seem competent, but the management of the post office itself needs a serious overhaul.
Never had a problem getting packages from our post office before. A nice lady would put them on our porch. Our mailbox is at the end of our driveway on a busy street. Our package today was shoved in our mailbox. Did not fit in our box, hanging out for the world to see. Suprised that it wasn't stolen. Then I would have to deal with the company that I bought it from for a replacement. How fair is that for my time & the company that shipped it to me? A loss for us, but not the delivery driver. Not a happy customer. I posted a pic on the website.
We have moved and its been 4 months now. We filled out the proper paperwork for our new address and notice of move a month in advance. They even have our forwarding address on file. Massillon post office still manages to deliver out packages to the old address. The people that live there do not return the packages or mail and I've been trying to call the post office for a week now and no answer. I know this is their phone number.
I have been trying to call this post office location for a couple of weeks now. It is very important that I get through to someone and they haven't answered the phone ONCE for me. It just rings and rings until I hang up. ANSWER YOUR PHONE'S OR HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN
