Clean store. Pleasant employees. Good food.
Took my mom for her birthday because it's her favorite. Never been to the Massillon one before this. Waited for a few moments and stood next to an employee who was on our side of the counter, and she was talking about smoking weed with someone next to my mother and not even a "someone will be with you soon" because that would of been fine but then continued to wait for 10 minutes when there was no one else in the store except us 2! Absolutely ridiculous that not one employee other than the cashier Taylor could tell us what was going on. Get your minds out of the ghetto and focus on CUSTOMERS.
It's Chipotle. It's obviously fantastic.
I loved the food. Friendly staff. But when they had no customers they stood around while there were dirty tables. Had to sit at the table with the least dirt on it.
I go to the location in massillon often, and I am always displeased by my experience. I get the same thing every time and I swear they always find a way to mess it up, for example... today is the third time in a row that I asked for chips and guacamole (and paid for it mind you) only to get home and realize that I received chips but no guacamole. Now I could understand if this happened once in a blue moon but the fact that it his always happens at this location is not ok. That’s a huge waste of money. And a huge disadvantage to have to leave again to go back in when you have things to do... so I just don’t. When you stop at a place to get food Togo it’s because you need to get home not because you want to go back in. I think I’m just going to stop going and stick to hot head burritos. That at least get things right.
