Massillon Roofing did shoddy work on my grandparents home. They started a roofing job and left the roof open to the elements. Of course it rained, heavily, and that created extreme water damage. The entire attic flooded, which leaked into two bedrooms, the hallway ceiling caved in and there is water damage in the dining and living room. When I called to inform them of the damage Chris said that he would send a crew to cover the roof. We waited patiently while it constantly rained for over four hours. Then one roofer showed up, he stated that the roof would be completed in four to five hours but left, leaving his ladder still on the roof. This incident happened over three weeks ago and the roofing material that they tore off the roof is still in their driveway. They have not called and seem to have no concern for their customers property or well being. My grandparents are 86 and 94 years old. This has been an absolutely terrible experience. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! DO NOT PATRONIZE AND IF YOU DO, IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
