forgot about this place. Got sent back again. Said it was at another facility. Made a u turn and they wanted to look in back of truck. I refused. They opened trailer door without me knowing and left it unsecured. Unsafe facility
The people in the office who is responsible to check in are the worst ever.

My appt at 12, I came 12.05, after scale and drop trailer, 12.30 near window, I go check after 3 hr, woman on shipping sad u are late, u are work in, it’s ridiculous
I missed my appointment time, however I was told if I arrive by 1500 I would be fine. I didn't get loaded till 6.5 hours later. Lady at the receiving office was rude. She started giving me instructions while walking away from the window, and of course, I couldn't hear her. She then gets an attitude because she had to repeat herself, smh. I guess I was wrong for not hearing her the first time.
They are usually very nice here, but they have been changing a few things and are becoming like most places. The load times are never the same one day you might get in and out in a couple hours and the next day could be 10+ hours waiting to even bump a dock. They seem to have very little control over loads going out. No overnight parking unless you are waiting for a door. Once loaded you must leave the property no exceptions. They do not have a axle scale only gross weights are allowed to be given out. DON'T try axeling your truck because they will turn the scales off.
Finish loading at 9, I loose all 4 delivery, lessor transport (broker) denied to pay detention due I was late, I will never come back here

Guards dont know what they are doing whatsoever. Super slow at loading. Wont come here again .
