Do not order online from the Massillon Lowe's, or any Lowe's for that matter. I ordered 5 low voltage path lights and 4 out of 5 lights were used, covered in dirt, and had corrosion on the threads. One of those four did not work at all. I will not be ordering from Lowe's online again they send you the worst junk that they have in stock and wouldn't sell in the store.
The customer service is very good combined with a clean and well organized store. The prices are competitive.
Looking for a specific type of Xmas light. The very nice lady stopped what she was doing. Showed me the aisle and she and a young man both helped me to find it. Very grateful. Good people.

No truck parking. Lack of help. Poor store layout. Pretty good prices, store is very clean, and parking is plentiful unless you're a trucker.
