Went to the store to buy a water heater and waited for over an hour for them to get a water heater down from the top. One guy told me “ it takes a while sometimes.” No checking to see how long or anything. The next guy I asked after waiting 40 minutes actually went to see how much longer it would be. Was given a time frame of 10 minutes. Finally we got the water heater. Terrible customer service. Next time we will be going to Lowe’s.
I bought a new shower and toilet. It is great. I cant get out of the bathroom. Nov. 22 2017.
This store is the 1# store in Ohio for being in a population of 30,000 people that's pretty good! one more being 2 time champions on black Friday sales is amazing everybody needs to work at this store!
Great place. Found my toilet flush handle easy. Every thing is well marked. Didn't take any time to find some one. They found me and the store was busy.
Menards is one of my favorite go to places. They always have some kind of great deal and you can find things at this store that you can't find anywhere else. I've bought unique gifts there from the random things that they carry, including stuffed animals, toys, lamps, wall clocks etc. They have a great selection for home improvements, cleaning supplies, paint, hardware and they even have some clothing. Their 11% rebates on top of their already lower than others' prices make it an even better reason to shop there!
I like shopping at Menards because you don't have a problem finding someone to help you and instead of sending you on a wild goose chase they actually take you to whatever it is your looking for. Very knowledgeable employees.
