For the most part, everyone is nice and knows what they are talking about. Only once did I speak with an associate that was rude and called someone about lunch while I waited to be helped. He came to the Isle right away but then said hold on... only rude empoyee

Absolute best place ever. I've been there 1000 times. Just walked in with the defective glacier Bay faucet and they just gave me a new. He said normally you have to call the 800-number but will just swap it out. And this is why I buy everything at Home Depot
Reasonable on most items compared to other hardware stores. I started looking for an item an an associate ask if he could help explained what I needed and he took me right to the item and directed me to the other items needed.
